Our check-in experience soured when the front desk staff acted belligerently about our pet, which was allowed per hotel policy. Despite our well-trained dog, the aggressive treatment overshadowed our stay.

We booked a one-night stay and the staff greeted us like we were family. Couldn't believe how clean and spacious the room was, it was like walking into a brand new place.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess that's the price you pay for a decent stay.

Clean Rooms with Friendly Staff

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. However, housekeeping could improve their attention to detail, as my bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly during my stay.

Unfortunately, room 305 had cockroaches, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a missing floorboard, making it less than ideal. After moving to room 309, it was better but lacked a ceiling fan in the bathroom, which left the wet atmosphere after showers a nuisance. Overall, the breakfast options felt basic, and the elevator was unreliable, often prompting a trek up the stairs.
